agreed! lately i’ve been so stressed trying to figure all things at once. i was multitasking with studying and looking for a job. time got wasted because i was out of focus!!
i’ll be more intentional this month and will take one thing at a time :)
I’ve been making this shift without realizing it until now but thank you for expressing it so clearly! Love the term mindful productivity. Now I can move forward with even more intention.
I love the reference to hospitality work, I worked as a waitress for years.
I live this approach, a professor once told me that the human mind is actually incapable of focusing on more than one things at a time. You may think you are multitasking but really your brain is making imperceptible shifts between various stimulus 🧠
This is exactly the reminder I needed to stop the anxiety
Less mindless hustle. More mindful magic 💫
Love the way this is put across, exactly the reminder I needed
Crazy thing that I finished a course related to this. Multitasking was just a marketing jargon disguised as a burnout tool. Period.

I love this! It's all about living intentionally and not letting the busyness of life sweep you away.
This makes so much sense! There's a couple of things I already do intrinsically, and I'm going to apply the rest
